Max Mittelman - Final Fantasy 7 Remake, One Punch Man, Marvel's Spider-Man | AW17

What do you think is the king of animation? Is it anime? Maybe animated movies? Or do you think video games rule above all? No matter what form you enjoy most, there are always VO artists ready to entertain. Our guest for this week is no stranger to the spotlight. If you love anime, you have probably heard his name a couple of times.

Max Mittelman is one of the most talented VOs I’ve ever known. In my opinion, he has become a household name in the anime industry. It’s no surprise that he can land roles like Saitama from One Punch Man, King from Seven Deadly Sins, Hikari from A Lull In The Sea, and so much more. If you love anime and you dream of someday dubbing your favorites, this is one episode you need to hear.

Hey, do a girl a favor, and please subscribe to this podcast and go on iTunes and leave us a good review. If you like the show, please help spread the word. It really helps us to get heard by more people. Thanks so much. Alicyn Hey everybody, welcome to Alicyn's Wonderland. We are going live with Max Mittelman today, and I'm super excited to bring Max to you. We had a little bit of technical difficulties, but we are back and hopefully we won't have the same issues. So I want to say thank you to everybody for bearing with us. And thanks to everybody for tuning in live. Hey, I'm seeing another, some really great faces CowboyBebop, Tamir, it's good to see you. AlicynPackardFan2002, SolitaryEmmy. Okay guys, this is take two with Max and put your your hands together and put good energy out there that the internet is kind to us. Let's see if I can find Max. Take two. Max Take two. Alicyn That's so much better for some reason. Max Is it? Okay. Alicyn Yeah. I think it was just just the connection. Ah, I can see you like you're in HD. I guess what happened with you before was actually 720 and we didn't even know. It was like 480, you were like two-bit. Hi, can you hear me? Max Yes. Alicyn Okay. Max Okay, I've like increased my screen brightness and I paused everything. Alicyn Hi. Let's just jump back in, you know, so I was looking at your credits, actually. And I saw that you, they actually date back to 1994 which I'm thinking is not accurate, is that because, can you explain to us why you have credits from when you were four? I was wondering if you were a kid actor or not. Max No, I was not voice acting at four years old. Those are shows that premiered way back when and then, it depends what you're looking at. Like if it's Gundam then I redubbed Gundam just recently. So it just goes, it just falls under that show, that time. But I did it like last year, and it says I did it in 1994. Alicyn Old Man Max Mittelman. Max Yeah, my credit start at 2012. Alicyn I think that's crazy. Yeah. Max The first credit that kicked everything off was Ultimate Spider Man. That was my very first thing. Alicyn Let's talk about Ultimate Spider Man because I'm sure a lot of people were curious. You played Harry on that. Is that correct? Max Well, yeah, I played Harry Osborn on Marvel's Spider Man. Ultimate Spider Man was in, was Drake Bell was Spidey on that one. And I was going to do some ADR for the Rhino, Alex O'Hearn slash the Rhino, who was played by Daryl Sabara. Who you may know from the film Spy Kids, and now married to Meghan Trainor, I believe. I don't read gossip magazines. This is just what I hear secondhand. So yeah, so that's what I did. I went and I dubbed his performance while he was shooting the movie. And so basically, the first episode is half me half him. And then he came back from shooting a movie and picked up the character again. But it was a great experience to get in the booth for the first time in the, you know, for original animation and work with Marvel. I mean, that was my first animation gig, working with Marvel. It was super but then years later, a few years later, Marvel's Spider Man came along, I auditioned for Harry Osborn, booked that, and did a couple seasons, a few seasons of that show, so. Alicyn Were they related at all or was just Spider Man was in your DNA at that point? Max Was what related? Alicyn The production team? Max I don't think very much because the Ultimate Spider Man was Man of Action, they wrote it and, I think the only thing in common was the head of, like, the head of animation, Cort Lane, was the only similarity between the two shows. Alicyn That's crazy. And so now I read that you actually were going to school for four years to be a doctor? Max Yeah. Alicyn That's crazy. Max Yeah, I was pre med for, everybody knows this. Everybody who's here from my profile knows this story by now. But I was going to USC for pre med and I was about to drop out because I was failing everything and I hated all my classes. I switched majors the last minute, spent an extra year and a half at USC and got my theater degree and at the same time that I switched majors, I happened to do an agent's night with AVO talent who signed me the next day, and history was made. What's the expression? Then that was, history moved on. Yes. Alicyn History repeats itself? Max Correct. Yeah, I like it. Alicyn Historic, happens to, Max Historical events were forged in 2012. Alicyn Max in the stone. Max Yeah, so that's what happened. I pursued voice acting full time. I was actually pursuing on camera, and then voice acting took over. And so I switched to voice actor full time in like 2015. And yeah. Alicyn The rest is history. Max The rest is history. That's the one. Alicyn Thank you. You know what you're getting at, they are gonna say thank you to the people on the timeline, because I was a little lost. Yeah, the rest is history. Wow, what an amazing story. And do you ever look back and think, Wow, thank God, I'm not a doctor. Max Every day. Every day. Yeah, that would not have been good for me. I really did dislike that whole path. And I was just doing it because I thought that in order to be happy, you had to make lots and lots of money. That was my philosophy. And nobody really told me any different. So I had to learn for myself. But that's not how you achieve true happiness. And you just got to pursue what you love, no matter how much money you make. And I've never looked back, and I've been happier than ever. Alicyn What did your parents think when you told them? Max They knew, they knew. And yeah, I think it's not like I surprised them with like, I'm failing all my classes, like I was failing for, since the beginning. So they were like, good, we're glad. ^They were actually happy for me that I finally did that, switch my major. And at one point, I think my dad was concerned and wanting me to get a job then. But very quickly after that, I started making money from voiceover and he was like, Okay, okay, we'll see how that, we'll see how it goes. Alicyn Have you played a doctor yet on TV? Max No, I can't wait. I think I'll, when I jump back into on camera acting in 10 years, I will be more prepared to be a doctor. I'll fit in that role more readily. Alicyn You're still playing the intern at this point? Unknown Speaker Yeah, no, I want to be a real doctor, doctor - doctor, and not just an animated character, but like a live action doctor. So I'll probably get an on camera agent and say just, I just want to audition for doctor roles. That's it. Alicyn And I'm sure they'll say, Yes, Max. Whatever you say. Max I have an on camera manager who, when I told her that I wasn't presenting on camera anymore. She was like, Look, I'm here whenever you want to do on camera again. You just let me know, which was so kind. It was so sweet of her to just keep the door open like that. So maybe, yeah, maybe in 10 years I'll be like, Okay, let's do it. Alicyn And so you've been doing voice acting for a while now. Growing up, did you have some favorite cartoons that you love? Max Yeah, yeah. When I was really young, you know, people call it the Golden Age, the Golden Era of Cartoons, which was like Animaniacs. And yeah, all that stuff. So I loved all of that when I was really little. And then when I was in middle school, I got really into anime and everything that was airing on Cartoon Network, Toonami, which is like Dragonball Z and YuYu Hakusho, and yeah, Naruto was just after my time. It was just after I kind of sort of started losing interest in that, and got more interested in other things. But yeah, all those shows were right up my alley. Alicyn So interesting. And now it's all come full circle. Do you play, I know you have your own twitch streaming show, which is actually tonight, right? Max Oh, yeah. Yes, it's actually, so it's not tonight, but it will be. It's usually tonight at seven. It's Wednesdays at seven, tonight I have something else going on. But we're picking it back up next Wednesday. Alicyn Got it. So what types of games do you guys play in your twitch stream? Max We right now are playing Minecraft and Fall Guys. Fall Guys is this really silly game, but it allows us to play remotely with each other. So it's me and my friends, Ray Chase and Robbie Daymond, who are also voice actors. And we're pals. We have a live improv sketch comedy show that we do around two cons, like 15-20 times a year. And so yeah, we have this stream, and we just mess around and have fun. That's a fun time. Alicyn Yeah. So what kind of brought you guys together to do that? Was it Robbie's idea? I think I remember him saying it. Max Oh, yes. You had Robbie on, that's right. Alicyn Yeah, Rob was on like a weeks ago. Max Awesome. Yeah, Robbie loves to tell people it was his idea. It was, I mean, Robbie was the initial, we were in Spider Man together. I know exactly where it happened. Alicyn Is that where you guys met? Max We became close friends probably because of that show, essentially, because of a couple of things, it was that show, it was he was in the same game Final Fantasy 15 with Ray, and I knew Ray. So yeah, but we were standing next to each other in the booth recording our dialogue. And he turned to me and was like, I'm thinking, because we both do a lot of cons. We both did a lot of cons like independently and he was like, I want to do something, I want to bring some other, some good content to the convention scene. Because there's a lack of, of good entertainment there. And that's where we, we started brainstorming. It was his idea. But I came up with a lot of the games in the, in the show. And then we took it to Ray, and Ray had a lot of other cool ideas. And so we made a show out of it. Alicyn That's so amazing. Yeah. And like you guys need like a girl. Max We have been talking about it for a long time. But it's tough, it's tough. It's tough to find someone, the thing, the reason it works so well with me and right wrong is we're in so much stuff together. Yeah. So we have all this overlap. And so when cons bring us out, they're excited, not only that, we're, we have a show, but they're excited that we're in all this stuff together. And we can do panels together ,and talk about the same thing. So it just works. Alicyn Yeah. Yeah, I'm super excited. Now, Robbie before, like just after I interviewed him on Wednesday. And I think that Friday, you guys were doing your 72-hour live stream. Oh, God. Yeah. Ah, for those that are just, that are not familiar. They were doing a 72-hour straight twitch stream, which sounds like either, like the best thing ever, or the worst thing ever. Which is a little bit of both? Max A little bit of both. Exactly. Yeah, it was great. I mean, we had a lot of fun, but it was just really tiring, you know, by the end of it. So maybe we'll do it again. Because it was really fun and successful. And people seem to love it. But I won't do it at my apartment again. Alicyn Was it your apartment? Max It was my apartment. And it was just a lot. Hosting It was like a stress on top of the stress of like being in it. It's like having guests roll through and making sure the place stays nice and all of that. But it was fun. Alicyn Do you feel like Cleaning around sleeping people. Max I was. Yeah, no, I was constantly cleaning and I'm already like a germaphobe perfectionist. So I was, you know, very, my anxiety was at an all time high that weekend. Alicyn That's so funny. And so were people just like watching while you guys were sleeping? Max Not me. I was in my room. Robbie elected to be on camera for the night. And I don't know why he did that. But he did. Alicyn Hey, guys that are tuning in that were tuning into the live stream. How does Robbie look when he sleeps? Is he as cute as when he's awake? Not that, I mean I'm married. I'm not like, Max I think he's just as cute. Alicyn I was just curious what you guys thought. Courtney says we love neat freak, Max. Neat freak Max. Max is a fantastic host. Max Thanks, guys. Alicyn So you mean you definitely have worked really hard to build a really dedicated and awesome fan base. And I know there's people coming over from all different projects. A lot of people love Miraculous, Miraculous Ladybug. And I was just curious, how did it come about that you ended up working on that show? Max I mean, it was an audition just like everything else. Yeah, I remember I had already worked with that production company on a different show. And so they brought me into audition for Plagg, the character, the little cat character that I play. Yeah. And I remember they wanted me to change the voice from what I was doing. And I said, No, I will not change the voice. This is the voice of the character. You can not make me change the voice. So I kept the voice and I booked it with that voice. So yeah, but it was yeah, just a regular audition. I went in for it. Alicyn Well, can you do a little sample of the voice for us? Max Plagg sounds like this, he's a little clammy, and he's kind of cute, but also sarcastic sometimes. Alicyn My son loves that show. Max Oh, really? Alicyn Yeah. And he's only five. It's just amazing. When I see the diversity of fandom that that show includes. It's like from grownups to five year olds. I mean, I love this show, too. I get to watch it with him. Max It's funny, even my agent told me she watches, she admitted that she watches the show sometimes because she likes it. Alicyn Do eople speak to what the special sauce is because I've been trying to figure that out. Max No, I have no clue. I have no clue people love, well, you know, the main character is a female superhero, which you don't see a lot. So that's cool. So it appeals to like a wide variety of people. Alicyn And the thing that's interesting is I think for a long time they, there was this idea that if you had a female superhero, it wouldn't appeal to boys. And it's been completely, I have seen firsthand how that is completely not true. My son, Max Yes, it only doesn't appeal to boys if you've been sort of brainwashed by societal, you know, norms that we're pushing on kids, but like, no, the young ones don't know better. And they, it's quality content, they like to watch it like, yeah, Alicyn And shows like DC Superhero Girls, that you were also in and miraculous. I mean, a lot of these shows that have the female driven superheroes. It has that fast paced action, but you still have the humor, you still have the really fully fleshed out characters. So I think it's so cool to be seeing more and more shows like that on television. Max Yeah, no, I do too. And I think studios are like, they are now aware that people want to see stuff like that. So there was more and more content being made. Promo Hey, guys, this is Alicyn Packard. Sorry to interrupt, but I just wanted to let you know that if you like the show, please, please, please remember to subscribe to this podcast, and leave us a review on iTunes. It really helps us to get heard by more people. Thanks so much. Alicyn Yeah, yeah, it's SalitaryEmmy chimed in that most guys actually like female leads. It's like, Oh, yeah, look at Wonder Woman. Max Like Wonder Woman is a huge franchise. I don't, you know, DC would have been nuts to be like, No, we can't make that because it only it doesn't appeal to the guys. Alicyn Yeah. I'm excited to see what the future has. And of course, they've got to put Max on the show. Cuz you know, why not? Right? So last year, congratulations, by the way, you won two New York festival awards for, as part of the mini series and best biography for the podcast, blockbuster. Max Oh, yeah, that's right. Alicyn So you were involved in that? What can you tell us about the project? Max I played Steven Spielberg. It was a, it was a like biographical podcast about Steven Spielberg and George Lucas. And them growing up and making movies together and, and that whole crew, John Williams, I think, I can't remember the other people who were in it. But you know, the Rat Pack of amazing movies. Alicyn So wait, did they get Robbie to play George Lucas? Max No. Ray Chase played George Lucas. Alicyn Coincidentally? Max No, it was actually, so Matt, who was the creator director on that. He knew Ray from USC. And Matt did a film called Score, I believe. About the scores in films. So if anybody's looking for a really, really cool documentary, go watch Score. And anyway, I watched it before I even knew about the blockbuster podcast, and Ray, when Ray told me that Matt was looking for people to be in the blockbuster podcast, I was like, Oh, the guy, the guy who did Score? Like I would love to work with that guy. So that's how that happened. Alicyn Wow, that's great. And well, congratulations on all your awards. Is it just easily, it's easy to download on the podcast networks? Max Yes, yeah, yeah, I think you just, anywhere you get your podcasts. Alicyn Anywhere you get your podcasts, that's what they say. I have to check that out. It looks amazing. And yeah, I mean, it's such a great body of work I love diving into all this. Did you find that the act of recording a podcast like that did you guys record ensemble? Max We, Ray and I spent one day recording everything for that podcast in Matt's house, in his like, in just a room in his house. And I don't know how everybody else recorded but yeah, it's just, it was me and Ray together we tried. I don't know if we worked off of each other's performances but we were definitely just in the same room together. Alicyn That's so funny. Yeah, so I'm just wondering, you know, I was looking at your especially the past year and a half, you've worked on so many different projects. Are you finding it hard to balance your time and to keep up with that personal life? Max Yes and no, you know, because you have busy times and not so busy times and when it gets really really busy you know, maybe have a couple weeks, three weeks where it's really busy and my whole life seems to get put, on pause but for the most part no, because I don't pursue on camera. And because I don't do like acting classes nowadays and improv classes and like, I'm not overworked. I learned that lesson a few years ago that like you can overwork yourself, and I did. And I got burnout from it. And ever since then I've, at that, from that moment forward, I started saying no to things. So I really only take on projects that I want to take on for the most part. And and that has saved me a lot of stress and, and allowed me to keep a nice work life balance, yeah. Alicyn And so what is your determining factor on what you say yes and no to asking for a friend? Max Yeah, well, so a lot of times, I'm offered, for auditions. And I'll start there, I don't, I won't audition for anything that I know is going to be super vocally stressful. A lot of times, that's video games, that soldiers, I can't do that anymore. Because I have so much other work that I need my voice for that I don't, I can't, I cannot afford to take two or three days off of work to let my voice recover every time I do one of those sessions for us. You know, we make scale we I make scale. And so I can't do that for scale. I can't even do that, you know, even when it's, when the pay is higher, or you know, it's offered to be more, I still turn it down. I just can't risk doing any sort of permanent damage to my vocal cords. It's not worth it. If someone said, you know, it's a million dollars, but you got to scream and you're going to lose your voice and your vocal cords will get all bloody I'd be like, nope, nope, can't do that. That's crazy. I just, yeah, but people do it all the time. And I used to do a lot of that. So that these days I say no to and I realized that I'm in a fortunate position to be able to say no to that, you know, but so I'm grateful for that. Aside from that, it's maybe like, what else? I'm trying to think like, what else do I do? Alicyn Do you have like, Max I do a lot of anime. Actually, this is this is one thing that was difficult for me to say no to. Because anime is a lot of work. Because you're not recording an episode of session, you can record five episodes a session, basically, you just try to pack in as many lines as you can within the the time you have for that session. And that I've had to start saying no to because that's what caused me to have burnout a few years ago, as I was working evenings and weekends in order to get everything done. The anime, the games, I was losing my voice, the animated stuff, the commercials, the promos, it was just too much. And so the thing that I had to choose to let go of was anime because and again, very fortunate, very grateful. Everyone seemed to want me in their show doing something. And that's awesome. But at the same time, I only have so much time in the day. I just, I wish I had more time, but I don't. So yeah. Alicyn That is my wish always. Max I know. Alicyn So how are you staying inspired? Especially after you know, everything that's happened with the pandemic and life in general? How are you staying inspired as an artist? i? Max It's tough. How am I staying inspired? I try to have a life outside of work. I try to not make it all about work. Because if you do that, then your whole identity is based around your job and what you do. So I try to have hobbies and friends and relationships and all of that. Everything that a normal person does. Alicyn You heard it, ladies? Yeah. Why don't we hear some of your hobbies? Max I like producing music. Oh, yeah. Yeah. And actually, a couple years ago, went to music school for that. And I studied music production. So that's, that's probably the very last time that I will do anything like class related. Like, I'm not going to enroll myself in any classes. For quite some time I am done with just being gradedm, is the worst? I hate it so much. Alicyn I remember that when you were taking that music production class. And have you found that those skills have been useful kind of with your social media or or your creative expression? Max Yeah, I mean, it's helped me to think in a different way creatively, it's just fun. It's a great outlet for me, it's really nice to have a creative hobby where everything is your own. I created it, it all comes from my head and I don't need anybody's help in order to make the song. So that's really cool. I have taken a little bit of a break during the pandemic, just because, it's hard to get motivated to do something. Yeah, but but I think I love it and I still do it on occasion. Alicyn Yeah, it's funny that you say that too. Because I was at a convention last weekend, it was the first time I played music in public in so long and I missed it so much, but the whole pandemic that was the first thing to go and it just felt so draining to even pick up my guitar or my ukulele and play it was like, I don't know what it was I think you need to just be energetically, have the energy moving. It was such a stagnant time. I don't know. Max I'm more motivated to do things creatively when there's stuff happening in my life. It's funny because like the creative stuff fuels or other parts of your life and other parts of your life fuel the creative stuff. And so you do, you really do need a balance of both. I feel like in order to have like an equilibrium. Alicyn Well hopefully the flow is starting to open back up and the creativity will just come soaring back in. I know you have limited time so I just want, did want to get to some questions from the audience. One from NikkiAkaDazzlingSunshine was asking, What are your top five anime shows of all time, and please tell max he is groovy and awesome. Max Oh, awesome. Thank you. I'm glad to be groovy. My top five anime shows of all time, Dragonball Z, One Punch Man, putting me on the spot, blanking on it, everything. How about what? Alicyn We'll just do three. Max Oh, okay. Dragonball Z, One Punch Man. And I really I didn't watch every episode, but I really liked Inuyasha that was a favorite of mine. Alicyn Oh, fantastic. Okay, let's see. These ones will appear on the screen. Max Oh, Full Metal Alchemist. It was really good. Alicyn Full Metal Alchemist. Okay, got it. I got some research to do. Okay, Max, which is better, Camembert or Brie, Harry's favorite French cheese? Max We know Camembert is better. Alicyn That's great. This one comes up all the time. I'm a huge fan of your work. But any advice for aspiring voice actors? Max My advice would be to go to Iwanttobeavoiceactor.com. That's my advice. My other advice is to mimic everything, mimic that your friends, your family, your teachers, characters on TV, find your voices by doing that. And even if you can't do SpongeBob, your version of SpongeBob is brand new character. And that works. Flag the flag voice came from me impersonating somebody else. Like someone doing like a comedy sketch, and not being able to do that voice, but it was the closest I got to that voice. And I was like, Oh, cool. That's a viable cartoon voice. So you never know where you get your your voices from. Alicyn Bad impressions are great characters. Okay, let's see here. People are saying, okay, we didn't really chat too much about King from Seven Deadly Sins. So someone had asked, What's your favorite moment as King? Max My favorite moment as king. There are a couple of raunchy moments between King and Diane. And I will say that my favorite moment happens in the new season, and I can't spoil it for anybody who doesn't know. But yeah, it's there's something major that happens in the new season. If you know, you know. Alicyn No spoilers. Okay, um, TimhareOdar, had asked what it was like working with Gene Vassilaros, who's transitioned to DVO directing and worked on DC Superhero Girls season two. So you worked with him both as a casting director and as a director, voice director, what was it like working with him in those two different avenues? Max Jean is amazing. I've actually I've only known him as both for the entire time. I've known him because he cast me in my very first thing at Nickelodeon. It was him and Meredith Lane together. And Gene directed, I can't remember if he directed that, or Meredith did. I'm losing my mind. But Gene is awesome. He's always been super cool. He's, I've always felt like he's been a champion of mine. And, and he's directed me in every audition and callback that I used to go in for at Nickelodeon. I say used to because he's not working there anymore. He's freelance, and I've gotten to work with him on his new shows that he's working on. So he's just a rad person. I really like him. Alicyn Yeah, thank you, for sharing that. Be great to get him on the show someday. Well, let's see some interesting questions. Okay. I know we just really have a minute or two left, but. Max We can, we're okay to go a little over a few if you want to. Alicyn Okay. Okay. Just want to say five minutes or five? Max Yes. 6:50 Yeah, I just Yes. Alicyn Okay, guys. Hey, that's awesome. Well, actually, I was also curious, I know that you had done the Groundlings if what you're training your improv training like was coming from that. Max Oh, yeah. Yes, I did a couple years at Upright Citizens Brigade and went through their whole program. And then I did Groundlings. And yeah, I didn't do the full Groundlings program. But I did the beginning and intermediate classes or I did beginning twice. I don't remember. Their big thing is whenever you fail the beginning class. They're always like, remember, Will Ferrell failed the beginning class and he had to take it twice. And you're always like, Okay. I thought I did pretty good. Yeah. But it was my I've trained my improv training has helped me greatly throughout my career. And I'm not the best improviser. But because that's not my trade. Like, I don't do that for a living. But I've done a lot of it. And it's definitely important. It's an important skill to have. And when a director asks you to, to improvise online, or you know, yeah, it's it's very helpful. How much of Groundlings did you go through? Alicyn I did beginning and intermediate. They have, you know, if you miss any classes, if you miss X amount of classes, then you have to retake so I was gonna have to retake intermediate. And unfortunately, it just was at a time in my career where just things are busy and things in my life are busy, I would actually love to go back. But, you know, most of the teaching, the learning that I do right now is one on one coaching just because it can fit into my schedule. My five year old, so. Max Same, I mean, that same with the five year old. One on one coaching. Alicyn Yeah, I like okay, cuz you can do like 11 to 12 on Tuesday, and if you're focusing one on one, you get that really distilled knowledge that caters to the issue that you're working on. So, okay, so TreyHuey was asking, Hi, can you do a supervillain? I don't know the exact definition of a supervillain, but. Max The question was, can I, what was the question? Alicyn Can you do a supervillain? Max Sure, I can. If you want an example of a superhero. I mean, I've played villains. Kind of what kind of Super Villains I've played. I mean in anime I've done a lot of evil characters in the anime. Many of them come to mind many of them but yeah, like Meruem in Hunter X Hunter. Meruem is very calculated and calm, that's what he sounds like. Alicyn It's good. Yeah, playing against type is always good too. They're not always dun dun dun. Max Right, I am a supervillain. No, he was more like. Alicyn And then we haven't really talked too much about Persona 5 but, which it's funny because Ryuji is that, am I pronouncing it correctly? Max Yes. Alicyn RyujiIisBestBoy is asking you, did you enjoy voicing Ryuji in Persona 5? Also your awesome and freat. Max Thank you. Of course I enjoyed playing Ryuji. I've gotten to play Ryuji in Persona 5. It's the gift that keeps on giving. They've had Persona 5, Persona 5 Royal, Persona 5 strikers, Persona 5 Dancing, Persona 5, there's another one I'm forgetting, the anime. So I've got to play Ryuji in all of those, and it's always very fun. He's a very boisterous character at times and he's a goofball. And I love being able to play him. And the even though it's recorded in Japanese first, we don't play with the Japanese. And so it's really an original performance for the most part. And they let me do whatever I want to do. So it's been so fun. Alicyn Oh, fantastic. Well, we are just about to wrap it up. I want to say thank you to everybody that tuned in live. And Max, I have another one more question for you. Which I've been asking my guests that come on the show. There is a song in your heart, what would the name of that song be? Max Oh, man. What if it was just Oh, man. You've got a viable answer. Alicyn Yes. Perfect. So good. One day I hope to like cut together all those little clips and put them in a thing. Thank you guys.
